Abdul Wahed Bin Shabib Group of Companies is looking for an experienced 3PL Operations Manager to oversee and manage the administrative operations of their third-party logistics (3PL) business. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient logistics administration, maintain accurate operational records, support customer service, and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in 3PL logistics operations or logistics administration.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and transportation operations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/WMS systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
