Seahawk Marine Ship Chandlers is actively hiring a Procurement Assistant to support our operations in Ajman, UAE. Candidates available in the UAE with relevant purchasing experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle procurement activities and supplier coordination
• Request and compare supplier quotations
• Negotiate prices and delivery terms
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse and operations teams
• Maintain procurement records and documentation
• Ensure timely sourcing of vessel supplies and technical items

Requirements

• Previous experience in procurement / purchasing, preferably in marine or ship-supply industry
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Candidates available in the UAE are preferred
