Are you a dynamic HR and Training professional with experience in the Food and Beverage industry? Fassco, a leading Healthcare Food and beverage sector organization, is seeking an HR and Training Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, providing training and orientation to ensure a smooth transition.
- Design, implement, and deliver tailored training programs for our Food and Beverage staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and address employee concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leaves, and training data.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, health and safety regulations, and other relevant legislation.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role within the Food and Beverage industry.
- Knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and regulations is preferred.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs for diverse employee groups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems for managing employee records and data.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
