Marine Grace Group is seeking a skilled Automation Service Engineer to join our team in Dubai. You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of marine electrical and automation systems on various types of vessels and marine facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service marine automation systems including control panels, alarm & monitoring systems, propulsion control, boiler automation, and navigational equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and provide effective technical solutions.
• Carry out field service visits onboard vessels, shipyards, and offshore facilities.
• Provide technical support to ship crew and client representatives.
• Prepare detailed service reports, documentation, and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, class requirements, and company procedures.
• Support calibration activities and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in marine automation or shipboard electrical systems servicing.
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Marine Engineering.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills for marine electrical and automation systems.
• Hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance & repair of control panels, alarm systems, propulsion controls, and related equipment.
• Good communication skills with the ability to prepare clear reports and interact with clients and crew.
• Knowledge of marine safety standards, class requirements, and basic instrumentation & calibration.
• Willing to work in offshore and shipyard environments with flexibility for extended hours or travel.
