We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team in the UAE. This role involves overseeing contracts, cost control, and commercial management for major infrastructure developments.

Requirements

• Minimum 18+ years of experience in Commercial/Contracts
• Strong experience in Roads & Infrastructure projects in the UAE
• Contractor-side experience is preferred
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, claims, variations, and contract administration
• Experience in commercial management, cost control, subcontract management, and negotiations
• Strong understanding of contractual and commercial aspects of major infrastructure projects
• UAE experience, preferably with RTA projects, is highly preferred
