An exciting full-time career opportunity has opened for an Accounts Payable Accountant in Dubai. Immediate joiners are preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payment vouchers, invoices and supplier payments
• Handle bank transfers, salary payments and online payments
• Manage petty cash and maintain payment records
• Coordinate with banks/exchange houses and visit when required
• Ensure proper documentation and filing
• Perform basic finance clerical duties (e.g. printing, photocopying)
• Assist the Deputy Finance Manager with daily finance activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 1-2 years UAE experience in Accounts Payable and payment processing
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and banking transactions
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to handle documents accurately
