Job Responsibilities

• Manage client invoicing, collections, supplier invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate AR/AP ledgers, aging reports, accruals, and master data.
• Coordinate GRNs, approvals, deposits, chargebacks, disputes, and intercompany transactions.
• Support VAT, audits, month-end closing, cash flow forecasting, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, banks, and vendors to resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Knowledge of double-entry accounting, VAT, local tax laws, and hotel finance operations.
• 2+ years’ AR/AP or accounting experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Familiarity with Opera, Sun, Prologic, or ERP systems.
• Strong reconciliation, documentation, and communication skills.
