The Deep Seafood Company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Executive to join their DSF Corporate Office in Sharjah and support customer collections, account reconciliation, and credit control activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor customer outstanding balances and ensure timely collection of receivables.
- Prepare SOA and ageing reports and follow up on overdue payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies.
- Monitor credit limits, payment terms, and customer payment commitments.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Billing, and customers to resolve collection issues.
Requirements
- Degree, preferably B.Com or relevant degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable and credit-control procedures.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
