Key Responsibilities

• Lead the HR function and develop people strategies that support company growth and new branch openings.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS, Emiratisation requirements, and oversee payroll inputs.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training programs across all branches, including customer service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of HR experience in the UAE, including at least 3 years in an HR management role.
• F&B, hospitality, or multi-branch operations experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS, and payroll management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CIPD or SHRM certification preferred.
