Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Food & Beverage Management.
• Minimum 15 years of catering experience with at least 5 years in Oil & Gas or large-scale camp operations.
• Mandatory HACCP Level 3 and valid Food Safety or Person-in-Charge certification.
• Strong knowledge of ADAFSA food safety regulations and international hygiene standards.
• Extensive experience managing high-volume catering for over 25,000 personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise kitchen, service, and housekeeping staff to ensure high hygiene and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, ADNOC representatives, and camp management during audits and inspections.
• Manage menu planning for multinational workforces, inventory, and cost control effectively.
