Key Requirements
- 3-5+ years UAE MEP cost control experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Building and MEP contracting experience
- Advanced Excel, ERP (SAP/Oracle), and cost forecasting skills
Role Details
Experience in high-rise, residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, and villa developments is required.
