Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years’ CAFM experience in UAE Facilities Management
- Degree, diploma or certification in IT, Engineering, FM or related field
- Proficiency in CAFM systems (FSI, Maximo, Reflexion, Concept Evolution or similar)
- Strong knowledge of asset management, PPM scheduling and work order management
- Experience in AI tools, automation and data analytics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting and data analysis
- Strong communication, coordination and analytical skills
