Role Requisites
- Lead maintenance of traffic signals, controllers, detectors, UPS, and CCTV integrations
- Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies
- Manage SLAs, KPIs, asset lifecycle planning, and maintenance budgets
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, supervisors, and technicians
- Coordinate with RTA, authorities, consultants, and contractors
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven experience in RTA Traffic Signal Maintenance Projects
- 10+ years in Traffic Systems/ITS Maintenance with leadership experience
