Ancient Builders Constructions LLC is seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Talent Acquisition to join our team in Dubai. Build great teams and make an impact in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment process across blue and white collar levels.
- Source top talent through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate experience and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current needs.
- Track hiring metrics and prepare regular recruitment reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in HR or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of talent acquisition experience.
- Construction industry and UAE experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and labour regulations.
- Proficient in ATS and recruitment technology tools.
