POWERCHINA International EPC Engineering Design Hub in Dubai is looking for a skilled Electrical Primary Design Engineer. UAE-based candidates are preferred for this exciting career opportunity.
Job Responsibilities
- 5+ years in HV/EHV substation primary electrical design
- Proven AIS/GIS substation design experience
- Prepare SLDs, equipment layouts, GA drawings and busbar arrangements
- Perform earthing, lightning protection and electrical clearance calculations
- Develop technical specifications, MTOs and detailed engineering packages
- Utilize AutoCAD and apply IEC standards
Requirements
- International EPC/EPCM design experience preferred
- Independent delivery of substation engineering drawings and calculations
- Strictly a design role, not site execution or testing
