Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs throughout the hotel.
• Attend to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest-related concerns.
• Ensure all equipment, facilities, and systems are maintained in good working condition.
• Follow hotel safety procedures and maintenance standards.
• Assist the Engineering team with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance works.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
