Fatorah Insurance Claims Settlement L.L.C. is looking for an experienced Case Manager with a strong clinical background to join their RCM Operations team in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Review clinical documentation from admission through discharge
- Identify documentation gaps affecting approvals and coding
- Coordinate with Pre-Approval, Clinical, Coding, and Billing teams
- Prepare medical justifications for rejected or extended approvals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Nursing, or Healthcare Administration
- Doctors or Physicians with MBBS, MD strongly preferred
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Case Management or RCM
- Strong knowledge of UAE medical insurance and payer guidelines
