Laith Electro Mechanical is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage our HR and Administration operations in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and manpower mobilization for projects and head office.
• Manage UAE Labour Law compliance, employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling.
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, overtime, leave, and employee records.
• Handle employment visas, labour permits, renewals, cancellations, and immigration procedures.
• Manage staff accommodation, labour camps, transportation, and administrative operations.
• Coordinate medical insurance, renewals, claims, and workmen’s compensation.
• Manage onboarding, resignations, final settlements, and employee exit formalities.
• Maintain HR policies, ERP/HRMS records, monthly reports, and HR KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of UAE HR experience, preferably in the MEP or Construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE procedures, and immigration formalities.
• Proven experience managing both white-collar and blue-collar employees across multiple sites.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
