Looking for MEP Contracts Manager jobs in Dubai? This company is hiring now for an experienced professional to manage commercial matters across ongoing projects.
We are seeking candidates with strong UAE MEP contracting experience and a relevant engineering or quantity surveying degree.
Job Responsibilities
- Review and administer contracts, subcontracts, LOAs, BOQs and commercial terms
- Manage variations, claims, EOT, prolongation and additional works
- Ensure timely contractual notices and correspondence
- Review subcontractor claims, payments and final accounts
- Monitor contractual risks, obligations, bonds, guarantees and insurances
- Support client negotiations, commercial meetings and dispute resolution
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Commercial Management
- Strong UAE MEP contracting experience handling multiple projects
- Proven experience in contract administration, claims and variations
- Good knowledge of FIDIC and UAE construction contracts
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
