Job Responsibilities
- Collecting and consolidating project cost data
- Assessment and analysis of project cost and performance
- Comparison of planned progress against actual progress
- Identification and analysis of cost variances
- Monitoring project profitability and financial outcomes
- Preparation of Project Monthly Cost Report format
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience with Earned Value Management method
- Over 8 years of engineering work experience
- Over 5 years of cost-related work experience
- Good knowledge of Civil works or steel structure
- Able to communicate in English
