📝 Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist members and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage court bookings, cancellations, and reschedules using the booking system
• Handle phone and email inquiries with excellent customer service
• Provide information on facilities, coaching, events, and memberships
• Process payments, issue receipts, and keep accurate transaction records
• Sell merchandise, padel equipment, and refreshments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
• Coordinate with coaching staff for lesson scheduling
• Promote upcoming tournaments and club activities
• Address and resolve member concerns promptly

✅ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (sports or padel facility experience is a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in computer systems and booking software
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
