✅ Key Requirements:

✔ Education & Certification: ACCA, CA, CPA, or CMA (Non-negotiable)
✔ Experience: Minimum 8 years in accounting, including 5+ years in a supervisory role (UAE experience required).
✔ Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams of 4+ direct reports.
✔ Technical Skills: Mastery of AP, AR, General Accounting, financial reporting, and budget control.
✔ Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
✔ Location: Must be currently based in the UAE.
