Position Details

📍 Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
📅 Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion:
  • Identify/evaluate new store locations across UAE emirates.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and demographic studies.
• Operational Execution:
  • Lead lease negotiations and municipal compliance (DM/RAK regulations).
  • Manage store fit-outs from planning to launch (timeline/budget oversight).
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.
  • Build relationships with landlords, contractors, and authorities.

Qualifications & Experience

✔ Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Business/Real Estate preferred).
✔ Experience: 5+ years in UAE hypermarket/retail chain expansion.
✔ Skills:

• Financial modeling (ROI analysis, business cases).
• Expertise in UAE municipal compliance.
• Strong negotiation and project management.
