Position: Key Account Executive – Consumer Division

📍 Job Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic Key Account Executive to manage and grow our modern trade accounts (e.g., Carrefour) in the UAE. Focus: Baby Care products. Ideal candidates will drive sales, foster stakeholder relationships, and ensure flawless brand execution.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Sales Growth: Achieve revenue targets for baby care products in modern trade.
• Account Management: Build partnerships with key retailers (hypermarkets/supermarkets).
• Brand Execution: Ensure optimal POS visibility and promotions.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze sales reports and market trends.
• New Launches: Lead successful product introductions.

✅ Qualifications & Skills

✔ Experience: 3–5 years in FMCG key account management (modern trade), preferably in baby care.
✔ Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting targets.
✔ Communication: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
✔ Tech Proficiency: MS Office + adaptability to sales tools.
✔ Education: Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing (preferred).
