We’re seeking a dedicated Quality Controller passionate about ensuring product excellence in food service operations. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining our high standards through inspections and quality assurance protocols.

✅ Key Responsibilities

✔ Conduct thorough quality inspections in kitchens and food service areas
✔ Implement and monitor HACCP & FSMS policies
✔ Ensure compliance with Dubai Food Code standards
✔ Evaluate food hygiene practices and recommend corrective actions
✔ Maintain documentation of quality control processes

📌 Requirements

✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience in food quality control
✔ Expert knowledge of food hygiene, health regulations, and risk assessment
✔ Certification in HACCP/FSMS (preferred)
✔ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
