📝 Job Summary

We are urgently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable cum Accounts Receivable Executive to join the finance team of a reputed 4-star hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong hospitality experience and proficiency in hotel management software systems.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable functions with accuracy and timeliness
• Manage daily cash collections, ensure timely bank deposits, and maintain documentation
• Prepare and submit Daily Ageing Reports to the Finance Manager
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with internal departments
• Ensure compliance with DTCM and Municipality regulations
• Coordinate with vendors and clients for billing and payment follow-ups

✅ Mandatory Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hotel or hospitality environment
2. Proficiency in hospitality software systems:
   • Wish Net Front Office
   • Prologic Back Office ERP
   • Touche F&B Software
   • Pay Trax Attendance Software
3. Knowledge of DTCM & Municipality processes
4. Experience in cash handling and deposit management
