🔹 Position: Accountant – Payables / Receivables

The Accountant will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions, and maintaining compliance with VAT and tax regulations in the UAE and KSA.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable functions with accuracy and timeliness
• Handle VAT & tax filings (UAE & KSA) ensuring full compliance
• Prepare accurate financial reports, reconciliations & cash flow statements
• Monitor payment cycles, supplier invoices & settlements
• Negotiate and follow up with suppliers on payment terms & discrepancies
• Process journal entries, accruals & adjustments
• Support month-end and year-end closing
• Work with Zoho Books, ERP systems, Sage, and MS 365
• Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities & consultants
• Provide management with ad-hoc financial analysis

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA, ACCA, CMA preferred)
• 1–3 years of UAE experience in AP/AR (GCC a plus)
• Strong knowledge of VAT & Tax (UAE & KSA)
• Experience with Zoho, ERP, Sage, and MS 365
• Excellent reporting, negotiation & communication skills
• High attention to detail & ability to meet deadlines
