Green Apple Shipping LLC, a fast-growing logistics and freight forwarding company in Dubai, is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join its finance team. This role involves managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company’s growth.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• • Handle accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger
• • Prepare customer invoices (freight, customs, transport charges) and ensure timely collections
• • Manage VAT returns and ensure UAE compliance
• • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports and assist in audits
• • Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring

✨ Requirements

• ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (certifications are a plus)
• ✔ 2–5 years of experience, preferably in shipping/logistics
• ✔ Strong knowledge of UAE VAT & financial compliance
• ✔ Proficiency in QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, and MS Excel
• ✔ Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
