🔧 Job Overview
Sinyar is looking for skilled Mechanical Estimators with strong MEP estimation experience. The ideal candidates should be capable of reviewing drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare accurate cost estimates for mechanical systems.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
• Review project drawings and technical specifications
• Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams
• Analyze material quantities and supplier quotations
• Support tender submissions and value engineering

📌 Requirements

• ✔ Minimum 3+ years of Mechanical/MEP estimation experience
• ✔ Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing & firefighting systems
• ✔ Proficiency in MS Office and estimation software
• ✔ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• ✔ Immediate joiners preferred
