Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer‑focused Receptionist cum Cashier to join our Customer Service Department. The ideal candidate will manage front‑desk operations, support patient services, and handle billing with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage front‑desk reception duties, including patient registration and appointment coordination
• Handle cash transactions, billing, and payment processing
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
• Coordinate with Physiotherapy, Radiology, or Laboratory departments as required
• Maintain accurate records using TrakCare and MS Office applications

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in front‑desk or reception roles within Physiotherapy, Radiology, or Laboratory departments
• Strong proficiency in TrakCare
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual candidates preferred
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced healthcare environment
