Job Overview
Manage end-to-end travel operations and drive business development initiatives across the travel and tourism sector in Dubai. Deliver operational excellence while growing revenue and improving profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality
- Coordinate with teams and vendors to ensure seamless operations
- Ensure regulatory compliance with UAE and international travel standards
- Monitor and optimize efficiency and resource utilization
- Manage budgets and control costs to improve profitability
- Lead and mentor the operations team to deliver exceptional client service
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience managing travel operations, itineraries, and customer service in tourism
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- In-depth knowledge of UAE and international travel regulations and compliance standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in the Dubai travel and tourism industry (mandatory)
