Saudi German Hospital Dubai is looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical positions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and healthcare recruitment is an advantage.

Prefer candidates from UAE.
