IT Support Engineer Vacancy in Dubai

Location: Dubai

We are hiring an IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai Industrial City, UAE. This role involves providing first-line technical support across the organization.

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Desktop Support.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience in Manufacturing/FMCG is an advantage.
• Microsoft, CompTIA A+, MCSA, or CCNA certifications are a plus.
• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
