Shati Chemicals is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional who can independently manage end-to-end accounting functions and support the company’s financial operations in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and financial planning.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions regarding credit facilities while maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and company accounting policies.
• Support management by providing financial insights and recommending process improvements.
• Coordinate with external auditors during monthly and annual audit activities.

Preferred Background:

• Proven experience managing full-spectrum (A–Z) accounting in a medium-sized company.
• Experience supervising or managing accounting assistants/bookkeepers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of GCC experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CMA (USA) qualification is an advantage.
• Female (preferably Filipina).
• 40 years old or below preferred.
• Stable employment history, with a minimum of 2 years in each previous role preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to AED 10,000 (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)
• Standard UAE employment benefits
• Probation Period: 6 months
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
