Are you an Agricultural Engineer with hands-on experience in farming, greenhouse, or protected agriculture? ESG Agro is seeking an Assistant Engineer – Farm Operations to contribute to modern farm operations while developing technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations across farms, greenhouses, and net houses.
• Assist with irrigation systems, pumps, pipelines, valves, filters, and controllers.
• Support greenhouse infrastructure, ventilation, cooling, shading, and environmental systems.
• Conduct site inspections, identify issues, and support preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with agricultural, irrigation, maintenance teams, and farm workers.
• Maintain operational records and follow HSE and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in farming, greenhouse, or protected agriculture.
• Basic knowledge of irrigation, mechanical/electrical systems, and strong reporting skills.
• Willingness to work in a hands-on outdoor farm environment.
