Open Positions – Front of House:

• 1 × Assistant Restaurant Manager
• 2 × Head Hostess
• 4 × Hostess
• 2 × Reservation Agents
• 4 × Head Waiters
• 6 × Bartenders / Head Bartender
• 4 × Barback

Open Positions – Kitchen:

• 2 × Sous Chef
• 4 × Junior Sous Chef
• 4 × Chef de Partie
• 4 × Demi Chef de Partie
• 6 × Commis Chefs
• 2 × Pastry Chefs
• 6 × Kitchen Stewards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Spanish, Mediterranean, fine dining, or high-end restaurant is required.
• Good command of English is mandatory.
• Arabic, Spanish, French, or any European language is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages, wines, and spirits is preferred for Front of House candidates.
• Excellent communication, leadership, teamwork, and guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment.
