SPEC is looking for a QA/QC Inspector.

Experience: 2-3 Years (ASME Equipment Manufacturing)

Minimum Education Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mechanical Engineering

Technical Qualification: ASNT Level II – RT, UT, PT, MT

Key Responsibilities:

• Review Material Test Certificates (MTCs), inspection reports, and quality records.
• Perform incoming material inspections and verify material traceability.
• Conduct visual inspections during fabrication, fit-up, welding, dimensional checks, and final inspection.
• Knowledge of fabrication and welding inspection practices.
• Ensure compliance with approved ITPs, WPS, PQRs, and project specifications.
• Coordinate, witness & perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities including RT, UT, MT, PT, and VT.
• Verify NDT reports for compliance with applicable codes and project requirements.
• Knowledge of performing Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods such as UT and RT is an added advantage.
• Participate in hydrostatic testing and final release inspections.
