Flyingcolour Tax Consultant LLC is hiring an Operations Manager to join their team in Dubai Media City, Dubai.

What You Will Do:

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across all service departments
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client engagements
• Implement SOPs, workflows and quality control systems
• Ensure regulatory compliance (FTA, Corporate Tax, VAT, AML)
• Manage teams, productivity, resources and performance
• Drive automation, digitization and process improvements
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights to senior leadership
• Ensure client satisfaction, retention and service excellence

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA / Partly Qualified CA Preferred)
• 5-8 years of operations management experience in an accounting, tax consultancy, audit, or professional services firm
• Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT and regulatory compliance
• Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems, cloud accounting software and MS Office
• Currently based in the UAE
