James Cubitt MENA is looking for an experienced Site Surveyor to join our Post-Contract Supervision Project in Abu Dhabi.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Engineering Consultancy experience in the UAE is mandatory
• Must be currently based in the UAE
• Proven experience in building projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed site and land surveys to support construction activities
• Verify site measurements against approved drawings and specifications
• Establish and maintain survey control points and benchmarks
• Review and verify contractor survey work for accuracy and compliance
• Inspect alignments, levels, and dimensions of completed works
• Prepare survey reports, as-built drawings, and maintain accurate survey records
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations, project specifications, and health & safety standards

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Total Station, GPS, and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of UAE regulations and authority requirements
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
