Kabri International Co. LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (2 vacancies) to join their team in Dubai for road, infra, and utilities projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for infrastructure and utilities projects.
• Monitor project costs, track variations, and prepare interim and final payment certificates.
• Review and analyse contract documents, tender submissions, and subcontractor invoices for cost compliance.
• Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost control and reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly progress reports, cost forecasts, and cash flow projections.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 4 – 6 years of experience in GCC/UAE, specifically in infrastructure and utilities projects.
• Proficient in MS Office and cost management software.
