Premier Marine Engineering Services LLC is hiring a QA Engineer in the Quality Assurance / Quality Control department, reporting to the QA/QC Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain the company Quality Management System (QMS)
• Ensure compliance with applicable ISO standards and company IMS procedures
• Participate in internal and external ISO audits
• Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions related to audit findings
• Maintain and control IMS documentation, procedures, formats, and records
• Assist in preparation and revision of quality procedures, work instructions, and process documents
• Promote quality awareness and continual improvement within the organization
• Coordinate with departments to ensure compliance with IMS requirements
• Support achievement of company quality objectives and KPI monitoring
• Ensure proper document control as per IMS/ISO requirements
• Participate in management reviews, risk assessments, and process improvement activities

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Relevant experience in QA/QC functions
• Knowledge of ISO standards, IMS procedures, and QMS implementation
• Experience in marine, offshore, shipbuilding, fabrication, or engineering industry is an advantage
• Strong documentation, coordination, and audit support skills
