Kandas Interiors Decoration LLC is looking for an experienced Planning Engineer to join their team in the UAE.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Interior Fit-Out & Joinery projects
• UAE experience is mandatory
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
• Proficient in Primavera P6 / Microsoft Project
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, monitoring & control
• Ability to prepare baseline programmes, recovery plans & look-ahead schedules
• Excellent analytical, organizational & communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
• Monitor project progress and identify delays / potential risks
• Prepare recovery and mitigation plans
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Production & Procurement teams
• Prepare weekly & monthly progress reports, S-curves & dashboards
• Support management with planning, forecasting & resource allocation
