MCT Group of Companies is hiring a Civil Engineer with 2-3 years of UAE experience, a valid UAE Driving License, and Dubai Municipality (DM) Approval to manage site activities and ensure quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise site activities and ensure work complies with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor quality, safety, and project progress.
• Prepare project reports and review technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, company standards, and HSE requirements.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and coordinate material requirements.
• Monitor project schedules, support cost control, and attend project meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved Engineer (Mandatory).
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• 2-3 years UAE experience in civil construction or maintenance projects.
• Good knowledge of construction practices, UAE regulations, and site requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of MS Project/Primavera is an advantage.
