Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage appointments, calls, WhatsApp, and patient enquiries.
• Coordinate patient flow with doctors and nurses.
• Process payments and maintain accurate patient records.
• Deliver an outstanding patient experience from arrival to departure.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, or an aesthetic/medical clinic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
• Well-organised, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Experience with clinic management software is an advantage.
