We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee facility operations, ensuring excellence in maintenance, safety, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage hard & soft FM services, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and landscaping.
• Lead facility teams and contractors to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, HSE compliance, and operational improvements.
• Manage budgets and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of Facilities Management experience in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations, FM best practices, and reporting tools.
