A growing migration consultancy team in Dubai is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Manager.

Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 4,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Preferred Languages: Malayalam, English

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about migration programs.
• Guide clients through the application process for Australia, Europe, and New Zealand.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and update them on their application status.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the migration/immigration industry.
• Experience handling Australia, Europe, and New Zealand immigration applications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage client inquiries and provide professional guidance throughout the application process.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
