Location: Dubai

Urgent requirement for a Site Surveyor specializing in Steel Structure Installations in Dubai, UAE. Offers a salary up to AED 6,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform site surveying and setting-out for steel structures.
• Carry out layout, alignment checks, as-built surveys, and dimensional verification.
• Establish and maintain site control points and benchmarks.
• Prepare setting-out drawings, coordinate lists, survey reports, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with site engineers and steel erection teams.
• Report site discrepancies and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Site Surveyor (at least 1 year UAE experience mandatory).
• Experience in steel structure projects preferred.
• Proficient in Total Station (Leica, Trimble, Topcon, or equivalent).
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and coordinate-based drawings.
• Strong ability to read structural, architectural, and shop drawings.
• Experience with Auto Level, GPS (RTK), Laser Level, and digital measuring devices.
• Familiar with QA/QC procedures and UAE construction standards.
