Location: Dubai

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Accountant to join our growing contracting team in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions
• Prepare invoices, payment certificates, and supplier payments
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare VAT returns and ensure UAE VAT compliance
• Track project costs and assist with project budgeting
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Coordinate with project and procurement teams on financial matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (contracting/construction industry preferred)
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and CT regulations and accounting standards
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Driving license is a plus
