Falcon Pack is urgently hiring for HR Recruitment position to join their team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Talent Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, community partnerships, and employee referrals to find skilled workers.
• High-Volume Recruitment: Manage rapid hiring needs during production ramps or seasonal peaks.
• Candidate Screening: Interview applicants to assess technical expertise, safety awareness, and fit for specialized roles, such as OPERATORS.
• Relationship Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and build relationships with partner agencies.
• Full-Cycle Hiring: Manage the process from job posting to offer negotiation, background checks, and onboarding.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge in MANUFACTURING.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle urgent staffing requirements.

Preferences & Requirements:

• Preference for male candidates who are Arabic speakers.
• Immediate start is available.
