Al Nasr is seeking experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors for infrastructure projects in Dubai, focusing on roads, utilities, bridges, and civil works. If you are seeking quantity surveyor jobs Dubai, this opportunity offers involvement in major landmark developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; MRICS or equivalent professional membership is an advantage.
• Proven experience in infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, bridges, drainage, sewerage, water networks).
• UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QS principles, contract administration, FIDIC contracts, and claims management.
• Proficiency in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, MS Excel, and QS software.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs from drawings and specifications.
• Administer contracts, manage subcontract agreements, and evaluate quotations.
• Assess and negotiate variations, change orders, and contractual claims.
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and prepare interim payment certificates and final accounts.
• Ensure commercial compliance and prepare regular financial reports.
